Chris Lloyd learnt his trade in Carpentry and Joinery on the windy shores of Wellington, New Zealand. He developed his skills on renovations and new houses around the Wellington area. Chris started his own business, which quickly became successful building additions and new houses.
In 2005 making the move to Australia Chris further developed his skills and knowledge in Commercial construction management, this lead to work as a foreman and site manager for a large commercial building company managing projects valued between 10-35 Million in value.
During this period he completed a Certificate 4 in residential construction and an advanced diploma in construction management at TAFE. A burning desire to use the skills he has developed over the last fifteen years led to the conception of Amme Construction Pty Ltd.
Chris is the director of Amme Construction and is also heavily involved with day-to-day site activities. After ten years in Sydney we have a core of trusted sub-contractors and suppliers who help guarantee to make each project we undertake a success.
In addition to a busy professional life, Chris is the husband of Dr Robyn Lloyd and father to his 3 year old daughter.
